One Ring to rule them all,
One Ring to find them.
One Ring to bring them all,
and in the darkness bind them.

Wow! I first read The Hobbit last year, and could not wait until The Lord of the Rings movie came out. From the beginning of the movie all the way to the end, it was like I was taken to Middle-Earth, where hobbits, elves, dwarves, and wizards existed.

The next two movies won't come out until December '02 and '03. The books are completely worth reading.

The Fellowship of the Ring is the first part of J.R.R. Tolkien's classic trilogy. The Hobbit is kind of a prequel to this story. If you haven't read any of the books yet, you are missing a truly great story.

The Two Towers is the second part of the trilogy written by J.R.R. Tolkien. The movie was incredible. It is a bit more action-packed than the first book. In this journey, Frodo, Sam , and Gollum are on their way to Mordor while Aragorn, Gimli, and Legolashave taken a different route and tried to find and keep up with Frodo and the Ring.

The last part of the trilogy is Return of the King. This movie comes out in December of 2003 and is a must see for everyone.

It's a great story about the battle of good vs. evil. There are many Christian examples that are easy to see - the power of sin in our lives, answering the call of what God wants us to do even when it's hard, serving others, and much, much more.

I'll be adding pictures soon, so check back for some of these incredible images of "Middle-Earth".
